The number decreased to 1 minute and 14 seconds in 2019, the time decrease is absolutely wonderful. Anywhere under 1 minute and 30 seconds is unbelievable and is way too faster than the customer services of other providers.
Considering the fact that Octopus provides energy to over 1.4 million homes, 1 minute and 14 seconds to pick up the call are really very impressive. Being able to make a call to customer service and getting a quick answer as well as a quick solution is the best thing ever.
